Kate

Kate

Helping learners build confidence, one class at a time :)

I've always believed that the best learning happens when children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to ask questions. My goal is to create a classroom where every learner feels seen, valued, and confident enough to try something new—even if they make mistakes along the way. Outside the classroom, I'm a big reader (especially fanfiction!), a lifelong Taylor Swift fan, and someone who's always counting down to the next concert or camping trip. I love stories, creativity, music, and discovering new experiences, and I enjoy bringing that same sense of curiosity and fun into my lessons.

Since graduating from a game development course, she worked as a freelance writer for many moons. Nyah has always enjoyed working with children, whether it was at her drama youth group or teaching young pet owners about animal husbandry, and is currently studying a teacher training qualification. Her greatest joys in life are storytelling, primarily through Dungeons and Dragons, music, baking, and animals!
