Club rules

How we play well together

These rules help every PlayScape member feel safe, included, and ready to have fun. Read them together before club time so kids know what great teamwork looks like.

Ask kids to say each rule back in their own words.

Rule 1

Be kind and respectful

Use friendly words, take turns talking, and treat hosts and other kids the way you want to be treated.

No shouting, swearing, bullying, mean jokes, offensive language, disruptive noises, or inappropriate camera moments.

Rule 2

Keep everyone safe

Keep private info private, and stay in the PlayScape activity spaces your host gives you.

Kids should not share or ask for personal details, and should not invite members to outside servers, chats, or calls.

Rule 3

Do not record others

Do not record the Zoom call, voice chat, gameplay, screenshots of other kids, or anything that shows another member.

If a family needs a clip or screenshot for support, please contact the PlayScape team first.

Rule 4

Play fair

No cheating, stealing, scamming, unfair tools, bug exploits, or trades for Robux or inventory items.

Report bugs or confusing in-game problems to the host instead of using them to get an advantage.

Rule 5

Listen to your host

If a host gives a direction, pause and follow it. Hosts are there to keep the group safe, fair, and fun.

Hosts may redirect behavior, move kids between spaces, or pause play when the group needs help.

Rule 6

Let kids lead the play

Parents can help nearby, but the club call and game time are for kids and their host.

Grown-ups should contact PlayScape directly with concerns instead of joining the voice call or handling another child’s behavior themselves.

If a rule gets broken

We help kids reset, then protect the group if needed

Step 1

A reminder

For small mistakes or a first-time issue, a host may give a friendly reminder and help the child try again.

Step 2

A break from play

For repeated or serious problems, a child may need to pause, leave the session, or take a temporary break from club activities.

Step 3

A longer safety plan

For unsafe or ongoing behavior, PlayScape may require a longer break or end participation to protect the group.

Tell us if something does not feel right

If you see a rule problem, send us the date and a short description of what happened. Our team will review it and follow up.
